A report published in The Wall Street Journal in 2012 asserted that 80 percent of all young professionals in New York work regularly from their beds thanks to the extensive wave of digitalization. In response, Beatriz Colomina stated that a horizontal architecture has arisen between the bed installed in an office and the office installed in a bed. What about the architecture of this new space in this new age? What does the architecture of this prison look like, where there is no longer any difference between day and night, work and play, and where we are constantly under surveillance despite sleeping in the control booth?
