Refurbishment of Dr. Wieser’s Medical Practice

The medical practice in Arndtstraße was renovated, made barrier-free, and spatially reorganized – in close collaboration with the practice team, and across several short, intensive phases of construction. The historic parquet flooring was retained and restored, the doors re-upholstered and refinished – the existing structure was not concealed, but deliberately integrated into the new design. The furniture, largely custom-designed and built in-house, was complemented by selected off-the-shelf pieces, surfaces, and objects of interior design. Old and new do not compete; they complement each other. Planning and site supervision also covered the technical installations and the choice of suitable materials, matched to the specific hygiene requirements of a medical practice.
